Jump Progress Bar

Privacy Policy

Effective 9 October 2026

In short: Jump Progress Bar collects no data. Your workouts, journal and progress stay on your device. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking.

What the app stores

InformationWhere it staysWhy
Interval sessions (rounds, work and rest times)On this device onlyThe interval timer
Jump journal entries, notes and goalsOn this device onlyYour training log and weekly progress
Journey milestones and rewardsOn this device onlyShowing your cumulative progress
Settings (sounds, preferences)On this device onlyRemembering your choices

None of this is ever received by the developer. It is not sent to a server, synced to any account or shared with third parties. Uninstalling the app deletes all of it.

Sounds

Optional phase sounds are played on the device by the timer. The app does not use the microphone.

Sharing and export

When you export your journal as CSV, the app hands the file to the iOS share sheet and you choose where it goes. The app never transmits it on its own.

Third parties and tracking

Jump Progress Bar contains no advertising SDKs, no analytics SDKs and no tracking of any kind. It makes no network requests — it works entirely offline.

Children's privacy

Jump Progress Bar is a training log for adults. It does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.

Your choices

Because everything stays on your device, you are always in control: edit or delete any entry inside the app, change permissions in iOS Settings, or remove the app to erase all of its data immediately.
